Total Hip ReplacementThe goals after Reverse TSR are to control pain, optimise wound healing and then regain function in a graduated fashion. The rehabilitation process involves a goal directed program which progresses the patients through passive range of motion exercises, then to active range of motion exercises followed by strengthening exercises, whilst at the same time respecting specific limitations stipulated from surgeon. These limitations are often for 6 weeks as they protect special aspects of the surgical procedure.
